When you place an order on the website, the following personal information is collected: your name’ your company/organisation name, e-mail address, mailing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions, and phone number. This information will be used to process your order and to provide you with updates regarding your order.
This information will only be shared with other third parties involved in processing your order, for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.
Shipping
Once an order has been received, the laboratory notebooks will be shipped within 48 hours.
For deliveries within Australia allow up to 7 working days for delivery. For overseas delivery allow 7 - 10 working days.
If you change your mind you must notify us immediately , preferably by email, and every effort will be made to stop the shipment. If the books are shipped you may return them however you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs – refer to Refund Policy.
